Warrants its QuickSet, Plow and HS series Lightweight anchors against breakage for their lifetime, and warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale. During the said limited warranty period, KINGSTON ANCHORS LTD. will without charge at its option either repair or replace any such defective product that is returned to it transportation prepaid. Return of said product should be accompanied by a written detailed description of defect, how the product was used, and when and from whom it was purchased. KINGSTON ANCHORS LTD. is not responsible for any other costs, loss, injury or damage to persons, property or commerce which may arise from the use of its products.
